Mr. Kojo Choi, CEO of PaySwitch speaks at "the art of entrepreneurship townhall."

Organised by British Council and Business School of University of Ghana

The Global Entrepreneurship Network- Ghana (GEN) with support from the British Council as part of its Global Entrepreneurship Week celebration and in collaboration with the University of Ghana Business School at the RS Amegashie Auditorium held a panel discussion, on the theme “The Art of Entrepreneurship”.

The event, which was geared towards educating and mentoring students on the art of entrepreneurship, took place on Wednesday, 14th November 2018 and saw the presence of prominent entrepreneurs such as Kojo Choi, the founder and CEO of Pay switch and Kwadwo Saka Addo-Mensah, the Managing Director of Saka homes.

Speaking at the event, Mr. Kwadwo Saka Addo-Mensah advised students who yearn to be entrepreneurs not to harbor thoughts of acquiring loans but rather rely on monies from family and friends because the interest attached to loans are always high.

Mr. Kojo Choi, the CEO of Pay switch also shared his struggles in life, and how he moved from one business to another while still in the University. He advised students not to enter entrepreneurship if they do not have the courage, because to him, it takes a strong heart to be a successful entrepreneur.

This is an annual event dedicated to inspiring millions of people from more than 165 countries through local, national and global activities.
